The magnificent staff and the magnitude of the hotel was incredible. I particularly liked the steam room facility and the close access to Nha Trang Beach. The staff are incredible: Mr. Thai Lee, Ms. Yen Dang (amazing ambassadors) Huy (very impressive person) Chin (great trainee), Mi (extremely lovely lady)Thanh (nice man), Quay, Quayjen, Vet, Thien, Vu, Nam (legend) Thau, Anh, Mi, Thàng, Goang, Thuong, Tuan, Phuong,Tran, Uyen nice lady Nha, Chau, Coy (bro), Thu, Cao (good trainee), Lahn, Lihn & Giang, Nhung & Nhu, Vy (very nice ladies) just to name a few ;). Overall was extremely impressed with the immaculate service, style and sleek nature.

Our room was stunning. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Staff were so willing to help and in abundance but most of the time things get lost in translation and as a result I saw a lot of wasted food and drink on incorrect orders including our own which is not good to see.

Everything about our stay was superb. The staff were so friendly, attentive, helpful, polite.... nothing was any trouble, they were just really lovely. The facilities were beautiful. The room was amazing.

Everything about the stay was exceptional. One of our party needed extra care as she had a broken leg and the staff did absolutely everything in their power to make our stay as relaxing and carefree as possible. Could not recommend more. Will definitely be back!! It was like a 5 star second home for 6 nights. Loved it.

Great Services I have stayed at number of beach front hotels in Nha Trang (along Tran Phu street) . This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the staff was amazing, very hospitable, and there for every need of mine, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable a. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Thank you so much

All staff are very nice and very polite, more than my expectations, that's worth for what we paid to stay. I think not many hotels have this type of staff, every staff was greeting us when we are walking through, that make us feel VIP. Breakfast and dinner were good, but seafood were not very fresh.

Amazing Hotel . Impeccable staff and management. Can not fault this Hotel. Would recommend to everyone! Best views of beach & best location. Looked after us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left .
